How To Fix Your Internet and/or Server Connections

These First 4 Steps are The First Steps To Fixing Your Internet or Inability to connect to the Server.

Note:
If you call your Internet Service Provider you will spend 3-5 hours on the phone and the Conclusion Will Always Be The SAME 4 STEPS.

DO NOT PANIC: IT DOES NOT GET ANY EASIER THAN 4 SIMPLE STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION

Call KMD-STAT Only AFTER you have done the STEPS 1-4: 95% of the time the Problem occures because the Office Computers have been left ON for too many days which causes the Computer to lose it's ability to Connect.

My 10 Years as a Corporate Level Tech Guy Comes Down To Just These 4 STEPS:
Go To Google and enter something in the Search Box that you have never done before, Try entering: Pink Floyd. If you get a listing for anything with the word "Pink" in the Search then you can get to the Internet
Reboot your Computer: 95% of all Problems with connections are due to the office PC. The PC can only run for a limited number of hours/days before PCs stop working and the Windows Operating System become Corrupted-It's just a Fact of Computer Life.
Reboot your Modem and your Router. Some Offices have Switches that also need to be rebooted: Why because they are Computers Too. Please Refer to #2 above.
If you still cannot make the Connection to the Server then go to the KMD-STAT Providers Web Page, open the VPN for your Server Location, sign in, Click on the Yellow Icon on the Center of the Page and follow the prompts, then Click your Server Icon on your Desktop. This Step is only required when Steps 1-3 have not solved the Problem.
Finally: If you Have Done The Above Steps and none of them work then Call KMD-STAT to Solve The Connection Problem.
